Design Of The Stage Control System

The control system of stage equipments plays an increasingly important role in modernperformances, and is a key part of successful shows. On the basis of the study at home and abroad, thepapers design the control system to fulfill engineering requirements in considering the economic costsand other factors. The control system includes: the control system of boom stage equipments andlighting, the control system of the audience stage lifts. The control system has high reliability, friendlyinterface, simple operation, relatively high level of automation. This control system can meet thedemand for engineering controls. The main content in this paper may be summarized as follows:(1) Analysis the project requires and studying the development of stage control system todetermine the control scheme.(2)The hardware control system is designed. According the project require formed RS—485industry net by using YanHuan ADAM—5000remote control module. Design the hardware controlsystem of boom, light and lifting platform.(3)The user management and software protection modules are designed using Access databaseand VC++technology.(4) The stage control system is designed. The system must include the following function: showthe boom location, control the boom start and stop singly or not, control boom move to the rightlocation automatic; control the light move freely at six degree of freedom; control the lifting platformby variety control mode and showing the location. Debug the software to meet the project require.(5) The wireless remote control system is designed using wireless LAN technology on theplatform of android NDK.
