With the progress of science and technology, the number of the industrialboiler in our country is increasing, the energy consumption will more and moreserious, at the same time the low efficiency and automation level lag behind arecommon problems. According to these problems, the subjects choose to build amodel for the boiler pressure control system, and through the analysis of themodel to design the controller.Design the drive of the data acquisition card in Matlab/RTWT (Real TimeWindows Target), to solve the key technical problems of multi-channel analoginput drive, and according to the drive of the analog input, we also design thedrivers of analog output, digital input, digital output. On that basis andaccording to the boiler control system, the software platform of rapid controlprototyping is developed. The tests of experiment show that the driver programand the software platform can service reliability.On the basis of the rapid control prototyping software platform, experimenttest analysed the characteristics of boiler pressure control system, and themathematical model is established. First, the steady state of boiler pressuresystem through the experiment test of closed loop control combined with openloop control, and concluded that the boiler pressure system belongs to nonequilibrium system. Second the dynamic test through the open loop controlexperiments, according to the test results and analysis concluded that boilerpressure system features approximation for integral link. According to theresults of the experiments and combined with thermodynamic analysis, theboiler pressure system characteristics are obtained and the characteristic isintegral. The model parameters are measured by experiments, the modelparameters are variable according to the working pressure. At last, according tothe simulation validation conclude that the pressure features as integral elementis accurate. For boiler pressure system model parameter uncertainty and integral elementcan be used to the first-order inertia link with time canstant is long enough, theinternal model PID controller is designed. Experimental study on the designedcontroller, conluded that the boiler control system under the different pressureworking segments to be able to get goog control, has smaller overshoot andapproximate to0, the accommodation time is shorter and less then45s, so it hasstronger robustness.
