Design Of Control System Of Boiler And Realization Based On PCS7

Boiler is an important power source and heat source and boiler's parameters in the production process are very importment. Also, the security requirement is very high because the boiler works in high pressure and high temperature. In our country, the level of boiler's automation control is not very well, so it is necessary to design a safe and reliable control system for boiler.The characteristic of the boiler is analyzed detailed and the requirement of boiler control system is specified in this paper. And the control system of the boiler is designed based on the characteristic of the boiler and the principle of reliability and feasibility.In industrial production, some process parameters are sensitive to changes in working condition. So the parameter optimization is required. The optimization module is implemented used NLJ algorithm based on the SCL of Siemens PCS7 and the module can be used online.At the same time, there are a lot of large delay processes in industrial process and the effect of PID controller is not good. The internal model control and the model identification are studied, and the common internal model control module and model identification module are implemented based on SCL of Siemens PCS7.At last, the control system is realized by using super multifunction process control training system as object and using SIMATIC PCS7 as controller. The control system configuration is completed by CFC and the screen configuration is completed by WinCC. The effect of boiler pressure used PID controller and IMC and the effect of PID controller before and after the optimization module are compared at last. And the results show that the IMC response speed is much swifter and the robustness is much stronger than PID controller; the effect of PID controller is much better after optimization.
