With the rapid development of Internet technology,network informationsharing has been deep into every corner of the people live and work. In today’ssociety has stepped into information completely phase. In industrial production,however,are still mostly using the fieldbus technology,on the one hand,thereare all kinds of field bus can’t compatible problems between,on the other hand,it can’t achieve a wide range of connection, so the network technology is moreadvantage in the industrial production. At this stage has been applied in theindustrial field network control equipment, but mostly the high cost,notsuitable for large-scale use.In this paper,we study a kind of industrial equipment to the smallestsystem of access networks. It can realize the industrial equipment and thecorresponding control network data transmission and sharing function,greatlysave the cost,and is suitable for large-scale use. Mainly fulfilled the industrialEthernet interface circuit design of hardware and software and make a practicalcircuit board,and each function of the circuit board was tested. Among them,the hardware design includes microcontroller C8051F340circuit design andCP2200Ethernet chip circuit design and PCB design. Software design includingTCP/IP protocol stack of cutting,CP2200network chip driver design andmonitoring software design.After making the actual circuit board on the functional test,through thebrowser login monitor web page can display equipment real-time monitoring ofdata information,can also send the corresponding control instruction to controlthe production equipment at the scene,achieve the goal of the networked control.It has the advantage of system structure is simple,convenient and flexible use,low cost,easy networking and so on. |
