With the development of a modern optoelectronic system in the direction of miniaturization, modularization and standardization, for the ship-borned opto-electronic tracing system on the artillery bracket, not only the disturbulance of the sevo system with the hull swinging, but also the simulation on the artillery firing and turn firing should be insulated. Against the disturbulance and the simulation, this article designs an Intelligent Data Acquisition System based on the DSP(Digital Signal Processing) and CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) technology.This acquisition system is controlled under the certain clock signal, with the acquision data of the gun rack-bit and the gun velocity intelligently,via the CPCI(Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect) and dual port RAM,the data information is provided to the system computer and servo control circuit board and by the processing of algorithm,the tracing error is offsetted.After the overall scheme of the intelligent data acquisition device is made, this paper first designs hardware components of the system and implement all parts of the design. The hardware design mainly uses TMS320F2812DSP chip, programmable logic device EPM7192, PCI bridge chip PCI9052, and other high-performance digital chip. The rich peripheral resource expansions on TMS320F2812are made full use of and the requirements of multi-channel synchronous real time data acquisition and processing are met. The key software modules of the DSP control program are introduced in the paper, including system initialization module, data acquisition module, data storage module and data transmission module etc. The paper also provides the driver program.The intelligent data acquisition device has been applied into ship-borne optoelectronic tracking guidance system. With the application to measuring and analysis of the actual signal, the results show that the system is effective and feasible. Furthermore, a good foundation for general-purpose expansion of opto-electronic system has been laid.
