| The video conference is the communication technology which can connect differentplaces through the communication network. And it enables the participants who are inthemselves’ conference room to hear voices and see dynamic images from each other. And italso can make the participants holding a meeting without any difference of time and distances.The video conference communication system can satisfy not only the people’s requirementsof visual communication, but also the businesses’ requirements of real-time and accuracy.With the request to communication from people becomes higher and higher, the videoconference communication system based on its characteristics of less cost, high productivityand strong real-time has been used in all walks of society.This paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge to video conference includeresearch significance, development stages, present situation, development trend, systemstructure, H.323protocol, RTP/RCTP protocol and so on. And then, a whole video conferencesystem is constructed based on the H.323protocol aimed at the specific circumstances of theenterprise. Afterwards, the simulation and analysis of the system are proposed. Besides that,the further research about the synchronization problem of audio and video is proposed. Basedon the RTP/RTCP protocol, it puts forward a modified protocol and conducts theprogramming to the new protocol. With the difference with the original RTP protocol whichtransmits data used two channels, the new protocol packages the data of audio and video inone packet. Then it can ensure the complete synchronization in the transmission.The simulation analysis from OPNET Modeler shows the feasibility and theadvancement of the video conference. The simulation analysis based on JRTPLIB shows thatcompared with the previous protocol, the modified protocol has the higher synchronous rate.From the above, the video conference system based on the H.323protocol which this paperconstructed is effectiveness and advanced. |
