The Design And Implementation Of Video Conference System Based On H. 323 Protocol

The development of Information Technology brings a revolution to every field, including communications field, the traditional communication methods can not meet the need of people. Baesd on this, multimedia communication technology is developed. The multimedia communication technology can transmit video data and audio data to the other people, and it can create a face-to-face atmosphere. The multimedia communication technology transcends both time and space, which not only can transmit audio and video, but also can transmit data files, so more and more people pay attention to multimedia communication technology, it has been applied to many fields, including Video Conference System. Video conference system is put forward, which changes meeting mode. Conference participants can directly connect to the main meeting through the system, this model can reduce costs, and improve efficiency. So it is a trend to introduce Video Conference System for large enterprise.The subject of this paper is "Video Conference System". The system uses RTP/RTCP protocol as media control protocol, audio uses G723 standard, video uses H.323 standard. And the paper uses Visual C++ to implement the function. Specifically, the main work as follows:(1)This paper analysis the the development process of video conference system, and makes a deep research on the key technology, especially the H.323 protocol.(2)From the demand of enterprise, this paper analysis the functional requirement of video conference system, which can divide into the network communication module, audio module, data interface module, control and management module, and audio recording module.(3)The design and implementation of video conference system. This paper makes a deep research on the audio compression, audio transmission, network congestion, and network security management and so on. Based on this, this paper implement the system.
