The Research And Realization Of The Key Technology In Enterprise E-Training System

Now is the era of rapid expansion of knowledge and enterprises are faced with more and more complex and fierce pressure of competition. How to grasp the advanced technologies and maintain innovative activities have become the core concerns of enterprises. E-training can provide enterprises with a kind of efficient, convenient, fast way of acquiring knowledge, so as to enhance the whole competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the study of technologies of the network training and network conference system, the paper puts forward an implementation scheme of E-training system which is completely based on the B/S pattern using browser and intensively study four aspect of the key technologies of E-training system which are "Server Push" technology, file-sharing technology, RFB remote desktop protocol, RTMP streaming media messaging protocol. Firstly, the paper analyzes AJAX technology and studies "Server Push" technology, then puts forward three ways of realization of "Server Push" technology which are Polling, Comet and Piggyback. Piggyback is the best technical scheme of "Server Push" through the contrast. With the theories of "Server Push" technology, the paper studies how to realize instant messaging module of E-training system. Next, the paper analyzes the three ways of file-sharing application which are PDF, SWF and picture and picture is the best scheme to realize file-sharing application through the contrast. Browser does not need extra plug-ins to support file-sharing using picture. The paper analyzes features of the Imagemagick tool and how to use in the file-sharing module and e-whiteboard module. Next, the paper studies the message format, encoding way, message flow of the RFB protocol and puts forward a RFB-Proxy to solve the seamless connection between the client and the server and then realize the Tight extended encoding of RFB. Finally, the paper studies the multimedia message transfer protocol RTMP and AMF message format and introduces how to process the network multimedia meeting using the Flex and Actionscript technology. E-training system has brought the great convenience for the trainings of enterprises. It has played an irreplaceable role for the training in my own company. In addition the system is also providing the functionality of online education for the network education platform of Guangdong Unicom Company and customer’s feedback is very good.
