At first, this paper introduces the online game industry.Then referred to Analog ERP Games, designed a web game which imitate real company running. At the end, this paper use Actionscript and Cairngorm in Flex RIA by Adobe, coding the game client and eventually realize the game.The game is stably running after the multi-user online test connecting to the server.
