Because the traditional video surveillance cabling is complex, the cost is high and alsoinflexible, it can no longer meet the needs of the fast-paced life. With the popularization of mobileterminals, as well as the development of the communication network, the mobile terminalā€™s videosurveillance system is preferred by more and more people. This paper will study the mobileplatform video surveillance system of Android system.Firstly, to the key H.264video compression technology of video surveillance systems, thispaper will analyze existing domestic and foreign literatureļ¼Œcompare the advantages anddisadvantages of standard encoding library and various optimized algorithm, propose the efficientcoding algorithm for video surveillance applications. In order to reduce the rate and coding time,this paper proposes to use pre-processing threshold to end intra prediction mode selection ahead oftime, and by combining with texture features to reduce the number of INTRA44model predictspecies. Simultaneously to interframe coding, set the threshold using the characteristics of statisticalknowledge and surveillance pictures inter-frame to achieve the fast division of macroblock, andpropose dynamic search window mechanism aiming at fast search algorithm UMHexagonS to adaptto the best matching macroblock search while changing size macroblock division.Secondly, for the different importance of12fixed byte RTP header in the video surveillance,to achieve streamlined RTP header in order to reduce the data amount of each transmission videodata and informational data, reduce the network burden of data transmission under wireless network.Designed NALU packet method based on streamline RTP head, as well as the error checking basedon the Fibonacci sequence, the sequence number mechanism based on the I-frame, providedecoding error checking and decoding reference.Finally, by doing the overall system functionality and performance test, shows thatAndroid-based video surveillance system described in this article can basically meet the industryrequirements of video surveillance systems for the mobile terminal, provides a feasible program forthe realization and development of video surveillance systems of mobile terminals.
