Study And Design Of The Mobile Video Surveillance System On Android Platform

Video surveillance is one of information security technology.With the development of the field of smart home technology applications,intelligent transportation,visual perception,networking and other emerging,video surveillance has become one of the most popular hot research spots.Meanwhile,the traditional PC-era is replaced by mobile Internet and mobile applications technology gradually,more applications and tools have been liberated from the PC,and mobile computing is a new trend.The mobile computing platform based new technology will popular in video monitoring field.The research of embedded architecture,communication technology,and other key technology on mobile computing platform will be significance.According to the demand of video monitoring system of mobile terminal,a designing scheme of Android video surveillance system on mobile platform is proposed in this paper.Firstly,we show the domestic and foreign development situation of video monitoring system and significance of this topic.Second,based on the technology of Android,WI-FI communication module,Http network communication technology and the requirement of the system,we develop the module of video acquisition terminal,network communication,data mining,and graphic interface.The data mining module can find the potential valuable video data to support the decision making of user.Finally,we test function,performance and stability of the system by Selenium tools.In this paper,video monitoring system is transplante to mobile terminal platform to expand its application,and introduce Edge end system which has distributed computing ability to improve the efficiency of stystem.Furthermore,a third party tools(Selenium)which can ensure the all-round function and the effeicience of the system is used to test the system.The traditional wired video surveillance systems have higher requirements for deploying and operationing,which increase the cost of system applications.To improve the flexibility of system applications and the video data transmission efficiency,we research the system data transmission mode.The mobile terminal in this paper based on Android which can transplant traditional monitoring platform onto the handheld platform,and we use a combination of HTTP and RTP protocol to transmit data.Otherwise,the data mining module of this system improve the practical value of video monitoring system greatly.
