Reserch And Design Of Embedded Control System Based On SOPC Technology

With microelectronics technology and industrial control technology development, today’s industrial control system in real-time control, data transfer rate, operation precision, anti-jamming, integration, reliability, cost, etc are put forward higher request. In order to meet these requirements, the corresponding control system platform must have more powerful function, more abundant high-speed transmission interface, more strong real-time and more rapid accurate operational performance.This paper based on a certain industrial real-time control application of demand, combined with the trend of the development of microelectronics technology, this paper puts forward the SOPC technology to Xilinx company Virtex-5FXT FPGA as the platform embedded control system design scheme. This paper introduces the SOPC technology and current situation of the development, gives the embedded control system design principle and engineering realization method. Specific include system used in the key components selection, system design, hardware circuit design and embedded real-time operating system VxWorks software development and application of the key technology and performance optimization method, etc.This paper design the SOPC technology of embedded control system has been in a certain industrial real-time control project successful application. This control system has the miniaturization, modular, high integration and high reliability etc, and makes the control more flexible, real-time stronger, greatly improved the performance of the system. The result of the SOPC embedded system development technology also can be extended to automation control, computer interface, data preprocessing and other fields, and has a broad prospect of application.
