Synthetic aperture radar is an imaging radar system which uses small real aperture antenna through signal prosessing technology to achieve a large antenna for high-resolution.Target camouflage effect detection is an important application areas of SAR.In this area,ground-based SAR owns high advantages of low cost, easy to use and so on.In the background of target camouflage effect detection,we develop a X-band continuous wave mode ground-based SAR.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1. Join in the design of the No.2ground-based SAR system. On the basis of the No.2prototype,the No.1prototype is restored and debugged.2. Debug the IF signal acquisition and control board and the FPGA programs is designed to complete the functions of data sampling, data processing, data transmission and system control.Design the adapter board to make the IF signal acquisition and control board adapt to the RF components of the No.1pretotype. The RF components are tested and improved in order to adapt to the needs of the systems.3. Design and improve the control software to complete the functions of data receiving and control of the IF signal acquisition and control board.Design the system testing programs to test the functions of the prototype.4. The field experiments of the the two imaging system are done in continuous wave mode and pulse mode. The small target imaging is got in field experiments after the carrier leakage between the transmitting and receiving antennas being compensated in continuous wave mode. The correctness of the design of the whole system is verified.
