Based on mastering its structure and principles,this article has designed a100KHz high-frequency switching power supply by using DSP to realize its digital control.the input voltage is220V/AC and output voltage is48V、24V and12V respectively.The main contents of this article include the following aspects:First of all, this article proposes the whole designing plan and selects suitable circuit topology to complete schematic design according to parameters of the power supply.Second part is designing of the main circuit of high-frequency switching power supply, including the EMI filter, PFC circuit and PS-FB-ZVS circuit,simulation results prove that the design is effective and feasibilitive. Besides.fuzzy PID algorithm and its software implementation has been introduced.Also. PWM waveform generation method and its program flow has been given.Third part is the design and simulation of high frequency transformer,design steps has been described in detail.The winding loss of high frequency transformer has been analyzed. Simulating windings consist of a single thick wire and windings consist of multi-strand thin wire respectively using FEM in order to get the winding loss and energy distribution parameters.Simulation results show that the loss of windings consist of multi-strand thin wire is less than that of windings consist of a single thick wire.Finally.the overall simulation and hardware production of high-frequency switching power supply has been illustrated.The overall simulation results show that the output voltage of power supply has stabilized at48V、24V、12V respectively and the ripple factor has reached the design requirements.thus the correctness of design has been proved. Besides.this article simulates the high-frequency switching power supply PCB generated by automatic routing and by manual routing according to principles of EMC using FEM and gets their near-field radiation parameters at the frequency200MHz、600MHz、1GHz.. Results show that the range and values of the near-field radiation has been effectively inhibited and the EMC of PCB board has been improved after re-optimized routing. Then this article completes the PCB design、hardware production and debugging.In summary.this article has completed the core task of high-frequency switching power supply design through designing and elaborating all the related parts.
