With the rapid development of the telecommunication industry, telecommunications network in general continues to expand the scale and becomes more and more enormous and complicated. The support system for communication with the communication power system based on market demand has increased year by year, and the importance of the source of power is increasingly conspicuous. To ensure that the huge telecommunication network runs efficiently, safely and orderly, the increasingly stringent quality requirements have been put forwarded, which promotes the communication power toward high-efficiency, high-frequency, modular, digital direction.On the basis of the understanding of the communications industry status and power on hot spots, this paper researches the basic tenets of switching power supply and related technologies in-depthly, and analyzes the fundamental principles of power factor correct technology and phase-shifting soft-switching full-bridge PWM technology. Based one this, a telecom switching power supply module of 48V/25A is designed. This power supply is made up of two circuits-power factor corrector and DC/DC convertor. In order to improve the performance of the power supply, a certain advanced technology is introduced. first, PS-PB-ZVS-PWM convertor is adopted to achieve zero-voltage switch opened, reduce the ullage of MOSFET and enhance the efficiency of power supply. Second, Digital PWM is created with a high-powered DSP, which exports high precise PWM and achieves single-cycle control. Third, a fuzzy controller is advanced to instead of the traditional PID controller, and obtains an excellent effect.On the base of theory of switching power supply, the paper completes the design of main circuit, assistant circuit, control loop, software, and completes the simulation with MATLAB.
