This paper based on mastering its structure and principles, designed high-frequencyswitch power. The input voltage is220V/AC, output voltage is±15V and switch freq is100KHz. The controlling part was finished by DSP controller. The main contents of thisarticle include the following aspects:First of all, this paper proposed the whole designing plan, selected the suitable circuittopology to complete schematic design according to parameters of the power supply. Secondpart is designing of the main circuit of high-frequency switching power supply. In hardware, combining with system indicators of design, finished the designed of the EMI filtered rectifiercircuits, clamp protection circuit, output voltage sampling circuit, drive circuit and theauxiliary circuit. In controller, the high-performance TMS320F2812is selected as controllingcore. In order to ensure the stability of DSP, the isolation sampling is finished byhigh-precision linear optocoupler and isolation driver is finished by high-speed non-linearoptcoupler. In the aspect of control strategy, a fuzzy PID control algorithm is used.Second part is the design and simulation of high frequency transformer. Detailed designsteps have been described. And it was analyzed and compared by Ansoft PExprt simulationsoftware. Finally, the small signal model of the flyback converter is established. After that, analyzed and compare the traditional PID and fuzzy PID using Simulink module in Matlabsoftware. Then it proved that flyback power supply based on the fuzzy PID mode caneffectively improve the steady-state performance of the system, accelerate the response speed, and enhance the ability of disturbance rejection.
