With the rapid development of China's national economy,the electric power system has put forward higher and higher requirements for electrical equipment s,all kinds of power equipments with the times ha ve become the focus of China's electric power industry.The demand for power supply about high efficiency,low power consumption has increased.Safe and stable operation is very important for the operation of the power supply.Different from the power frequency transformer s,the high frequency transformers for high frequency resonant power supply ha ve the characteristics of high frequency,high power,high voltage,and so on.Heat insulation design put s forward higher requirements.In view of this,this paper intends to optimize the design of high frequency resonant pulse power supply.First of all,trying to obtain the method to reduce the loss of high frequency transformer b y studying the variation of the loss in different winding ways and different iron core material s.Moreover,applying an optimized control algorithm to the digital control system of high frequency resonant power supply under the wide and complex loads to achieve effective high frequency real-time control.T he main research contents of the project include:(1)Using ANSYS simulation software to establish the 3D high frequency transformer calculation model,utilizing the edge finite element s method to calculate the loss.(2)Getting the commutation rule of high frequency transformer in different iron cores and winding structures by simulation analysis to achieve the purpose of reducing the loss of high frequency power supply,improving the efficiency of the work.(3)Designing a 100 kHz high frequency pulse power supply which has very low ripple voltage in a wide range of output voltage and a reliable protection function.(4)Meliorating the architecture of error amplifier in consideration of the stability feedback loop according to gain criterion in the design of control system.Eliminating the periodic signal of the rectifier side voltage.
