With the progress of science and technology, especially in recent years,optical technology, the development of photoelectron technology, photoelectricdetector are used more and more widely, such as automatic door sensors, photoelectricdetector is to detect some basic applications. Because the laser has some excellentcharacteristics, making it as photoelectric detector light source with ordinary light cannot achieve some advantage, while the laser energy is compared commonly big,sometimes used in military confrontation application is more powerful laser, so theresearch of strong laser photoelectric detectors irradiation effect is meaningful. Thecurrent domestic and foreign scholars research mostly focused on various detectordamage mechanism and damage threshold measurements, when the light intensity isstronger (than the detector saturation threshold and below the damage threshold ofdetector when), the carrier transport process and the dynamic response of the relativelack of. While the traditional physical model only applies to the weak light conditions.This paper from the aspect of theory and systematically investigated in strong laser(moderate intensity laser) under the irradiation of photoelectric detector and itsnonlinear performance of various parameters. The main works of this thesis are:Under the strong laser illumination’s semiconductor photo detector’smisalignment physical process’s research, here strong laser is refers to the luminousintensity to be higher than the detector saturated threshold value but to be lower thanits destruction threshold value the laser. Mainly contains two points:1st, researchsemiconductor laser in medium laser(include the in-band and out-band laser)illumination transient response rule (including physical model, mathematical model, computational method and theoretical analysis).2nd, the theoretical calculation resultsand the experimental results are compared, the result of calculation is validatedcorrectness.This article develops the research has the innovation, studies in thepredecessor in the foundation, has established under the strong laser show photodetector’s theoretical model, has the very strong practical significance.
