MCT photovoltaic infrared detector is a kind of photoelectric device in infrared detection,which has important applications in military reconnaissance and civil detection.Due to the influence of device structure and materials,devices have inherent nonlinear effects.In addition,changes in ambient temperature will also affect the photoelectric response characteristics of mid-infrared detectors.In this paper,a certain type of MCT mid-infrared photovoltaic detector in a project is used as a research object,and a black body is used as the calibration light source.The temperature and nonlinear characteristics of the unit MCT mid-infrared photovoltaic detector are measured by the black body calibration method,and The non-linear dispersion of multiple detectors was measured and analyzed.(1)In order to study the discreteness of different detectors,a group of 9 unit MCT mid-infrared detectors are integrated into a detector array to carry out nonlinear calibration.The light source used is a high-temperature black body light source with an exit temperature of 1273 K.The detector array is placed on a translation stage,and the response value of the detector is obtained by changing the output power density of the black body radiation source.By moving the translation stage to align other detectors on the array to the same detection position,the response curves of multiple detectors can be obtained.A calibration device with constant temperature conditions was built,and the scanning platform and multiple detectors were placed in a constant temperature box.The constant temperature of the thermostat is set at 22?.(2)In order to obtain the response curve of the detector with temperature change,the temperature density of the blackbody light source should be kept constant for temperature calibration.Adjust the temperature of the incubator.The set temperature range is-40??40?,and the temperature step is 10?.By changing the temperature of the incubator,the curve of the dark current of the detector with temperature is obtained,and the trend of the dark current of the detector with temperature is qualitatively explained and analyzed.(3)In order to determine the correction method of the detector response nonlinearity and temperature deviation,data fitting is performed on the constant temperature calibration curve obtained from the experiment and the temperature response curve.Different calibration functions are used to fit and analyze the experimental data,and the error of different calibration models is given using statistical ideas,which provides certain guiding significance for the use of the detector at different ambient temperatures.
