With the widespread use of UV detection technology,UV detectors have achieved great development and played an important role in many fields,accurate determination of UV detector response indicators has become a key technology in this field,Therefore,it is of great significance to study calibration testing system for UV detector.On this basis,this paper has developed a UV detector test calibration system.The basic functions of the system are automatic calculation of spectral response rate,current and voltage response rate,dark current and spot uniformity.Ability to control UV intensity and test equipment,output and print test analysis reports,etc.The test of this system is based on the principle of "surrogate method".The principle of "surrogate method" is to transfer the known response rate of the standard detector to the detector to be measured only by switching the standard detector and the detector under the same test conditions.The weak signal acquisition method for the system is the lock-in amplification detection.At the same time,the use of electromagnetic shielding,stray light shielding technology to ensure the system test accuracy.In this paper,system integration design based on the basic functions of the system,testing principle and method of collection.Using hierarchical design concepts,the system is divided into four levels: measurement front-end,bus connection,driver interface and software system.Each layer is independent of each other.All instruments are designed in a complete system framework according to hierarchical design concept.Use the software system to control the instrument and select different test pages to complete the test function.Only by switching detectors can you complete the test tasks for different functions and achieve maximum automation.In the test of the spectral responsivity of the system,the absolute spectral response rate and the relative spectral response rate are mainly tested.Test results show that the error of the absolute spectral response of the UV detector between 200 nm and 520 nm is less than or equal to 10%,and that of the relative spectral response is less than or equal to 10%.In the test of the current and voltage response rate,by changing the test conditions,the regularity of the UV detector response rate with the chopping frequency,the slit width of the monochromator,etc.was determined.Through the hardware entity and software development of the test system,the calibration testing for UV detector is effectively completed.
