In production cost in petroleum production enterprises (drilling team), oil consumption is primecost in production process. Therefore, how to realize accurate measurement in oil consumptionmanagement and remote monitoring management is a key to cost reduction in enterprises (drillingteam). However oil consumption measurement in drilling team is basically extensive style at present,it can not realize accurate measurement in oil consumption management and remote monitoringmanagement. Study in “Remote Monitoring System of Oil Consumption in Drilling Platform” suitedfor current management mechanism is important engineering value.This paper is based on the computer data acquisition technology, internet network technology,GPRS technology, built a remote monitoring system of oil consumption based on GPRS in drillingplatform, selected high accuracy coriolis mass flowmeter, designed and implemented a dataacquisition system of oil consumption based on VC++in drilling platform field, completed real-timedata acquisition and transmission, designed and implemented background oil consumptionmanagement and analysis system, implemented oil consumption data query, analysis and large storageusing client, built accuracy measurement mathematic model according to complicated geographicalconditions in drilling platform field. Experiment of oil in and out in drilling platform proved thatsystem operation was stable and reliable, high accuracy measurement management was implementedand relative error of the system was less than0.6%.Through the system design and research study, main research results of this paper were asfollows:(1) It built a a remote monitoring system of oil consumption based on GPRS in drillingplatform, completed system networking design and system structure design.(2) It analyzed principle of flow sensors basically, especially coriolis mass flowmeter,concluded mathematic error model of coriolis mass flowmeter.(3) It designed and implemented foreground data acquisition and transmission system,implemented real-time data acquisition and remote data transmission stable reliable.(4) It designed and implemented background oil consumption management and analysissystem, implemented oil consumption data query, analysis and large storage.(5) It analyzed all reasons of oil consumption measurement in drilling platform field anddata acquisition in each producing error link, gived mathematic model of high accuracyoil consumption measurement, improved system precision.
