District Heating Beilun Co.,Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Thermal Power Co.,Ltd, which is responsible for providing stream to the Beilun new district, as well as Ningbo development Zones and Ningbo Free Trade Zone. The original heatting network control method is so single that only the steam pressure and temperature of the power plant export is under control. Also we have no real-time parameters of the client. So the status of heating network outside the plant can not do real-time control. Because of the increasing numbers of heat spots and demands of steam parameters,the original heat network control methods have been unable to meet the needs of the existing heating network. In recent years, as the development of the computer and communications network technologies, heating network monitoring technology has been improved, and was widely applied in the central heating.This thesis is to solve the problem. In order to improve the control level of heating network, the company has designed a monitoring system to meet the actual situation, and we complete the main program group, hardware and software selection, installation and system test.Main tasks of the thesis are as follows.1,Setting goals for the design of the heating network monitoring system.2,Design and implementation of the communication network for heating network monitoring system.The data transmission use the GPRS network.3,Development the softwore for the heating network monitoring system using the configuration software, and design and implement the system functions.4,Overall system security design and implementation.5,Testing the completed system.
