In recent years, the technology of embeded system is developing fast and embeddedproducts appear in many fields. Because the Uniqueness and Uncertainty which exists int thedeveloping period of embeded system, Assessment of risk of embeded system project hasbecome a difficult and important problem. Inside the Project development cycle, the earlierto frind where the problem is, the better to reduce the project cost.
