In the modern university,Textbooks Management is an important Part of Universityacademic work,it affects the normal development of teaching directly.With the rapiddevelopment of Web technology,The method to manage Textbooks reveal many problemsgradually.therefore,the development of an efficient Textbook Management informationSystem,it makes important practical significance for achieving the Textbook informatization.Against the mode of Textbook Management in Guangdong NanFang Vocational College,The Text is on the basis of the work efficiency of Textbook Management,giving somefeasible advice to solve the current problem and using ASP.NET Programming with the SQLServer2005to design the Textbook Management System which is in the mode of B/S,Tomeet daily information management of the textbooks.The system functions are designed primarily for the person who is called ordinary systemadministrator,system administrators who work in the Textbook Management depart,theteachers and the students. the major functional modules are for the system administrators andordinary administrator.Ordinary administrators are responsible for the daily management ofthe Textbook System,and the system administrator’s responsibility is to manage the entiresystem, including ordinary administrator user management. The main feature of the system isable to processing textbook information batchly and let the textbook center administratorswork more conveniently, improving the management quality and efficiency of the textbooks.The system not only to achieve a paperless office, reduce management costs, but alsoimprove the efficiency of the work, and has played a certain role in the future of informationintegration in our college.
