Research And Design For The Management System Of Textbooks In Colleges And Universities Under The Mode Of Course Selection

The management of textbooks is part of the management of teaching in colleges and universities. The present management system in our college is based on management of classes. This management model is carried out by the timetable of each class and the amount of textbooks appointed by teachers. According to this mode the managing department of textbooks will be responsible for ordering and managing the textbooks. This department will distribute textbooks to students and collect the money for them according to the students' classes. However, this mode is inconsistent with the present management system of course selection, for each student may need different textbooks and, as a result, the management of textbooks demands for a managing mode that focuses on individual needs.This thesis studied and analyzed the need for individual management mode of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection as well as the way to realize this model.In order to meet the urgent needs of the information construction for individual management mode of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection, this thesis directed at the present situation of the management of textbooks. By analyzing the characteristics of the management of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection and by studying its technical and economic feasibility, this thesis clarified the problems that existed in the management of textbooks in colleges and universities under class modes. By studying situation of goods flow, information flow and cash flow in the management of textbooks, a secure scheme was brought forward to realize the management of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection. A specific scheme to realize the management of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection was carried out.Here is what has been done in this paper.1. Analyzed the present situation in the management of textbooks in colleges and universities as well as the problems that need to be solved immediately.2. Studied the characteristics of the management of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection.3. Based on the characteristics of the management of textbooks under the mode of course selection, this thesis analyzed the need for the management of textbooks in colleges and universities under the mode of course selection. It has also studied the structure of the systematic software and designed the systematic functional module.4. This thesis compared the two modes that construct the network system structureæ¡ž/S Mode and C/S Mode, and put forward a new mode that combined these two. The paper discussed the characteristics of the three major and commonly used dynamic web page script technologies under B/S Mode and made ASP the dynamic web page script technology. It also analyzed the characteristics of the commonly used tools of applied system under C/S Mode and introduced in detail the characteristics of the commonly used tools of Power Builder and FrontPage under C/S Mode and B/S Mode.The achievements of the research and the layout and method of the design will provide excellent instructive and reference significance for the realization of information and individuation of management in colleges and universities. The managing system of textbooks in colleges and universities being studied has popular and applicable value.
