PMS (Project Management System) meets the basic requirements of the enterpriseproject management and is able to substitute conventional project management by usingcomputer network. Design and exploitation of PMS in this paper base on the MVC(Model Viewer Control) pattern. All units of the enterprise can complete operationonline through the network of the various operations of the project management.According to MVC pattern, PMS comes through survey phase, design stage, implementation phase, modification phase and acceptance of the late maintenancebusiness. By using the process of the system design ideas and comprehensivecomputerized management, enterprise project management work achieve acomprehensive standard, which develops the scientific, automate and normative level inproject management. MVC pattern eliminates the drawbacks of the old mode andprovides a new software platform for enterprise project management. The systemprovides several of services to meet the requirements of the business management. Theback-end database of system uses oracle database, and the foreground exploitationmakes use of jsp, struts, spring and other popular framework technologies. The uses offramework improve the stability and security of the system. In this paper, the realization of project management system bases on the MVCpattern. In the first chapter, the basic theory of the MVC pattern is fully introduced, andthe advantages of several development frameworks in MVC pattern are contrasted.Subsequently the system designs in addition security scheme and access control of thesystem are introduced. The analysis of secure scheme involves two aspects: thesystem-level and the application-level security. In addition, the database design andstructure design are illuminated in detail, which include database deployment method. In the fourth chapter, the main contents concentrated the system function, which isdivided into several functional modules: integrated management module reportingsubsystem design, statistical and management subsystem, as well as other relatedbusiness modules. Chapter five is about the specific instances of CORBA (CommonObject Request Broker Architecture), and combines the instance to implement process. The article describes in detail the implementation of the JS (Java Servlet) pattern in thesystem and related components, design applications, and then described the testmethods and test results for the platform. Finally, deeply summary of the relatedperformance characteristics of the system as well as the results achieved at the sametime make a summary of the shortcomings of the current system and prospects.
