The Method Design And Application Research Of Object Persistence Based On CORBA Environment And OODB Background

CORBA is one of the dorainent distributed object computing technology, which defines a common structure for distributed object computing and supplies one resolving project to support interoperation between lots of hardware and software. Object persistence is an important concept of object computing.lt makes object using more flexible and convenient. The object persistence under CORBA environment can resolve the problems of distributed object lifetime' s expanding and using under distributed and heteroautotrophic environment. But Unfortunately, there lacking of the systemic researching of object persistence under CORBA environment, CORBA self-supporting object persistent service exist lots of shortage, the selection of data storage most limit at the relational database system which require implementing miscellaneous conversion.Aim at the problem and actuality of object persistence implementation under CORBA environment, this article put forward and built a CORBA object persistent model ??COPM, which using pure object database as datastore, and from the model' s construction point of view, expatiated on the implementation of object persistent in virtue of object database under CORBA environment, then brought forward the application project of CORBA object persistence which based on this model and use object database as datastore, and via constructing object database connector package solved the interaction difficulty problem between object database and CORBA. Finally, provided one small example for the method validating and explaining.
