In the domain of ECM, the frequency information of radar signal is an important parameter for signal choosing, menace recognizing and guidance for ECM. Increasingly complex signal environment of ECM requires that frequency measurement receiver should measure the frequency of radar signal rapidly and precisely, and detect more than one pulse signals simultaneously arrived meanwhile. Traditional analogue receiver can not satisfy high accuracy of instantaneous frequency measurement. With the development of the LSI, digital instantaneous frequency measurement receiver technology gradually replaced analog frequency measurement technology, digital frequency measurement technology use semiconductor components which has small size and light weight properties, and its flexible algorithm, high-precision frequency measurement capabilities as well as measurable and resolution of multi-radar signal, etc. showing a strong advantage. Based on the current problems faced by Digital Instantaneous Frequency Measurement, a new method measuring frequency by digital channelized filters based on multi-phase filter banks is proposed. This dissertation should discuss the theory in detail, and should do many simulation experiments to verify its performance.First of all, this dissertation deals with the problems and solutions of current digital receiver technology. A new method receiving radar signal by digital channelized filters based on multi-phase filter banks is proposed. Several simulation experiments are designed to verify the superiority of the proposed method. Secondly, several digital instantaneous frequency measurement algorithms are discussed. This dissertation analyzes the issues which affect the frequency measurement accuracy by simulation, and summarizes the respective advantages and disadvantages. Finally, this dissertation combines digital channelized receiver technology and instantaneous frequency measurement technique, and brings up a new method measuring frequency by digital channelized filters based on multi-phase filter banks. Matlab simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
