Generally speaking, the periformance management is the procedure that enterprisesestablishes strategic objectives, and uses specific criteria and indicators to assess thestaff work behavior and job performance achieved. However, the rapid growingdevelopment of economic globalization has brought unprecedented challenges to thebusiness administrators, who still rely on the traditional financial indicators andeconomic interests for the core performance evaluation system,which is no longersuitable for today’s corporate management practices. Enterprise performancemanagement,as an important part of the management activities of the Company, itsmode of development, the establishment of a performance evaluation system is alsofacing profound changes,and the application of computer and network technology hasbrought a new vitality for development for performance evaluation.This article is the induction and summary of the design and development ofenterprise performance management software system.It starts from the basic theory ofthe performance management of enterprises and its current status, then explores how tobuild a performance management model based on the KPI, achieves enterpriseperformance automatic management through current software development tool,including the Group, division, department, individual performance targets andperformance management.Bases on the task decomposition method, it devides thecorporate performance objectives and plans into group,division,department andindividual layer. It builds a corporate KPI through BSC governing therory, which laidthe foundation for the design and development of software systems.It designs the entiresoftware system architecture, and establishes norms of interaction between the variousparts of the system. Then it uses the open source Java EE frameworks: Struts+Spring+Hibernate in the complete system design and development work.Through the work in this thesis, the author believe that conducting corporateperformance management automation technology is feasible, and significance enormoushelpful to improve the management level of Chinese enterprises.
