The Design And Implementation Supplier Evaluation Management System For BAIC

Along with the deep application of the computer technology and big data of all trades and professions,BAIC Motor Corporation.LTD(BAIC)is preparing to establish the Supplier Evaluation Management System(SEM)to increase the work efficiency of the Supply Performance Management and ensure the exact and valid of the evaluation results that provides the bid evaluation method.This Paper has developed the BAIC Supplier Evaluation Management System(SEM).The written of the SEM will rely on the Java language and it operates in B/S mode which means Browser/Server mode.The establishment of the system framework of SEM employs the programe of Spring+Struts+Hibernate(SSH),which can conveniently divide the systems into three tiered according to the MVC model: view,control and entity structure.Among these,the view layer can help the system receive the user request and display the results of the system processing to the users and the data processing need to invoke the model.The main function of the control layer is to deal with the business and the entity structure is mainly to deal with the data.Actually,the database of this system selects the SQL Server 2014 and achieves all kinds of data manipulation through this database.The system can achieve the following functions: namely,supplier training management,supplier information management,supplier performance evaluation management and so on.Among these,the supplier information management includes three sub functions: data management,supplier information management,project management respectively.The on-site system audit management includes two sub functions: supplier performance information management and the audit management of site system.In addition,the supplier training management mainly includes two sub functions which are the management of the preparation and the results of supply training.The supplier performance evaluation management includes two sub functions,namely,performance management evaluation and comprehensive performance evaluation.Finally,the operation management can also achieve the configuration management.Benefitting from the operation of SEM of BAIC,the work efficiency will increased highly and some repetitive tasks and risks of defects related to the data complication and operation process will have a significant decrease.In addition,the application of SEM will help to realize the computerization about the input and output of the information.Ultimately,this system can help to achieve the openness,fairness and transparency of the supplier performance evaluation.
