Power equipment purchase is related to healthy and sustained development of thenational economy, so is an important part of operation of power enterprises. With theincrease of the power grid construction and size of enterprises as well as informationtechnology continues to progress, building a bidding information management systemfor power equipment purchase(hereafter BIMSPE) by using advanced informationmanagement system(IMS), is an important issue to be solved for Zhejiang ElectricityBidding Consulting Company(ZEBCC).In this case, this thesis takes the actual demands of ZEBCC as the starting pointand its material and equipment purchases as research basis. First of all, By presentingthe evolution and overall development of bidding purchase at home and abroad, as wellas the urgent requirement of ZEBCC in recent years, the author draws out thenecessity, feasibility and significance of research and and development of BIMSPE. Inthe second part, take a university for the prototype of the BIMSPE design anddevelopment, system function integration as function and unfunction requirements areintroduced in detailed, and several system performance requirements are also set forth.In the third part, a complete system design and report are proposed with the overalldesign of BIMSPE. In the fourth part, System design implementation is completed.Finally, it is summarized according to the design of this system and the application onthe basis of functional and stress testing.The characteristics of this thesis lie in some aspects. Firstly, by using C#andJavaScript language, ASP.NET technology, Ajax technology,.NET framework, SQLSERVER, the performance of BIMSPE designed and implemented is advanced andstable. By the system test on the functional performance, the result shows that: thesystem can run smoothly, with very fast data processing capacity, practical functions,beautiful interface, easy maintenance. Therefore,it has achieved the desired purpose.
