Personnel evaluation system is a integrated system of Computer technology、Information technology、Artificial intelligence technology、Management Science、Decision Science、Psychology、Behavioral science、Organization theory and technology.This thesis is on the basis of the study in the domestic and foreign talent selection andevaluation system, relying on the demand of Agricultural Bank talent selection system,combining C/S and B/S structure to established a senior personnel selection andassessment system.This thesis first introduces the origin and background of the subject, as well as thedomestic and foreign talent evaluation system research and development. By learningfrom foreign advanced technology, combined with the specific circumstances of theAgricultural Bank of China, detailed anglicizing the Agricultural Bank of seniortechnical personnel selection system. Secondly, the outline design and detailed designwere carried out for the system. The entire personnel selection and evaluation system isdivided into the following eight subsystems by using the modular design approach:Online declaration subsystem, Expert reviewed subsystem, Online exam subsystem,Respondent subsystem, Consideration of voting subsystem, Management and analysissubsystem, Publicity subsystem, System maintenance subsystem. Finally, by use ofJAVA, each subsystem was realized using workflow technology. The system introducedbusiness process control mechanism. From the beginning, the system flow usedelectronic means, electronic data, and the full implementation of computer processing;each subsystem in the system is fully integrated, unified design, unified development;At the same time, the entire evaluation of the selection process are automatic control,inter-related, so that the entire evaluation of the selection process with consistent,standardized processes and controls.The thesis finally introduced the system test, the test results show that the systemhas good performance. System adopted the man-machine dialogue form, to evaluate theworkers’ qualities, provide a scientific basis for the human resources management in talent select ion、talent application、talent training and talent retain.
