The Design And Implementation Of Online Talent Evaluation System Based On The Integrated Architecture Of SSH

In today’s society, the fierce market competition, talent as an important partof the enterprise, is an important factor to measure the core competitiveness ofenterprises, so the human resource management level affects the long-termdevelopment of the enterprise destiny. The combination of talent evaluationsystem construction of modern human resource management concepts andinformation technology, help enterprises to carry out the talent evaluationservice, and improve the level of human resource management.Talent evaluation system in this paper is based on the actual needs of theenterprise human resource management, the use of information platformconstruction of J2EE framework technology. Firstly, this paper analyzes thetalent evaluation system, using RUP (Rational Unified Process) method, andcaptures the functional requirements by user case on the system, and uses theuser case diagram of UML (Unified Modeling Language) is described the servicefunction of the system in detail.Then, this paper designs the talent evaluationsystem base on Struts, Spring and Hibernate integrated development framework.The system architecture mainly involves the presentation layer, business layerand persistence layer.The data model of the system is established on the basisof the talent assessment in the process of data; on the basis of the use casemodel design every function module in the system, and describes in detail by theUML sequence diagram and class diagram.Finally, this paper realizes the talentevaluation system. And the application of Struts, Spring and Hibernate integrateddevelopment framework to build talent evaluation system, and solve the problemin the process of the realization.The system covers the main function of enterprise talent evaluation service,can quickly provide accurate and effective data for customer. For the evaluationof human improving their competency，it provides reference and suggestion, alsocontributes to the informationization and specialization level of business.
