Research And Implementation Of A Dents Apartment Management System Based On Workflow Technology

Along with the rapid development of science and technology, applications ofvarious management systems have become more common to all fields. At the presenttime, due to the popularization of education needs and the expansion of universityenrolment, the traditional manual management has been difficult to meet the actualneeds of the student apartment management, therefore, the students ’ dormitory forinformation management has become an inevitable trend.Development and design of a management system that could adapt to collegestudents’ apartment management is of great value and significance, a good studentapartment management system can be effective in achieving student apartmentmanagement information, networking, systematization and standardization, as well asgreatly reducing management tasks, either to the scientific management of studentapartments.In this dissertation, we investigate management system demand based on theanalysis of college students apartment management system the existing problems, thencombination common system framework C/S and B/S mode, made a new work flowtechnology which based on the combination of C/S and B/S mode. In the last, we willimplement and test college students apartment management system after clearing thissystem should has of the function, design target and interface demand.The system plays an active role in the scientific management of college studentsapartment with implement the mainly functions of user management, apartmentmanagement, management of student accommodation, migrants access management,systems management, and system data maintenance. After a system test, indicating thatthe system has good stability and utility can raise the level of university studentapartment management and efficiency.
