Based On PHP Technology The Office Automation System In Teaching And Research Section Of College

With the ongoing advance of net and computer technology, office automation system has developed quickly in technology and application,, and becomes more widely used in government,, enterprise, and college. Therefore, a successful design and implement of office automation software can improves work efficiency. For the need of College of Computer NUDT, the 612 staff room office automation system was designed and implemented.In this paper, we introduce the conception and the development of office automation system, and we analyze the meaning of developing the software. Then we introduce the WLAN technology, development technique, net collaboration technology, Workflow technology, secure technology, the application model. Based on these technologies and Requirements analysis, we designed the framework and functions of the 612 staff room office automation system in College of Computer, NUDT.Based on the general design and technology of PHP+MySQL+apache, this paper describe the achievement of the personnel management, the network communications, the forums, the log system and the security safety. Finally, according to the system requirements, it will advance system verification to the functions of the authentication and student management.
