In recent years, along with the rapid development of economy in our country,the production safety situation is serious within various high-risk productionenterprises. Because of the vicious accident, not only brought huge losses to stateproperty and people’s lives, but also produce the negative social impact. Enterpriseproduction safety problem has become the major issue that affecting industrialproduction and social stability. Developing a set of production safety supervisionsituation early warning system to achieve the goal by analyze various types of datafrom front-end senor in safety supervision system, to ensure the unusual data couldbe warned through corresponding control system when things or actions beyond thethreshold data. Thus reduce production safety accidents and property losses inenterprise. Achieve “early warning and forecasting, learn by analogy, safety basedon science and technology, intrinsic safety” from the safety production supervision.By using of science and technology method, to strengthen production safetymanagement, establish the agile, fluctuation production safety early warningmanagement system. Prevent and reduce the accident which leads by supervisionnegligence and deficiency, to achieve "discovery hidden dangers in early state, earlycorrection of illegal activity, accident prevention" safety management.This paper mainly discusses the enterprise safety production situational earlywarning technology is applied in enterprise safety production supervision system(also called safety production information management engineering system orenterprise security sensor engineering supervision system), based on the keytechnology analysis such as data transmission, storage, fragments of safetyextraction, situation forecast in safety regulation system and deep evaluation inestablishment of evaluation model and early warning technology, to design andimplement the high-risk enterprise safety production supervision system. The articleestablish a dynamic security situation assessment model, sorting and analyzing alarge amount of data through collection of different production field parameters andimaging of entities and behaviors from completed snoring supervision systems,video monitors and other front-end sensors. In addition, combine with the practicalsituation and safety production requirement in safety production supervision system.According to "the overall efficient, practical and reasonable, legitimate assessment,in-time warning" principle, to provide production safety data overrun warningfunction, through the real-time data monitoring, analysis of the security situation inearly warning. Use flashing lights and sound alarm to deliver the alarming information to relevant staff within time. Safety sensor will transmit the completeddata in a timely manner to production safety situational early warning module, toimprove the speed of response time to the problem production site, enhance themanagement efficiency for all levels managers.
