The work about safety production supervision of city district government involves Safety Commission Office, Construction&Traffic Commission, Safety Production Monitor&Management Bureau, Quality Monitor&Management Bureau, Police Branch Office, Fire Control Branch Office, People Defense Office and other function management departments. Traditional supervision approaches are independent of each other. Because most department computer information systems are isolate, their information and data can’t flow and share with each other. It leads to the lack of supervision informationization mechanism and evaluation means directly. Designing and implementation of a safety production supervision system is an application field which is extremely valuable to be researched and practiced through computer informatics technology in order to reflect the supervision work status of safe production real-time in a supervision district and play the supervision functions of government, society and enterprise fully.The safety production supervision system has been designed and described in this paper by combining with the actual business requirements and the flow paths of the relative commission, office and bureau of Shanghai Minhang district and being compatible the parasitic system and the operation environment. The primary work researched and practiced in this paper is summarized as the followings:(1) The overall system design and implementation. It includes system requirement analysis, software architecture design, functional design, network structure design, and deployment of system application design and so on, focusing on the design of software architecture.(2) Research and construct system development and running environment. The development environment is Visual Studio2010, while database is MS SQL Server2008.(3) Research and practice development technical route. The system is applied under ASP.NET and Entity Framework technical framework, based on the thought of layered architecture, designed and classified the corresponding software functional module by means of MVC software model.(4) Design and implementation key modules of the system. They includes User Login module, Warning and Prompt module, Role Permission Management module and Query and Statistics module.This system in this paper is mainly applied on online safety production information supervision. The realized functions not only improve existing mechanisms for supervision and management, but also enhance real-time, accuracy, sharing, and availability of safety production supervision and management information efficiently.
