The Research And Development Of Affordable Housing Residential Property Management Information System In A Unit

21st century is the information age, in which “informationalization wave tide” likesa rising wind and scudding clouds，information has already become the strategicresource that makes society developed and the management informationalization systemalso has been a powerful weapon of improving management for enterprises and armies.To informationalize property management of a army economically affordablehousing, its business processes are designed, the function and information model is built,serials of key technologies are researched including software architecture, developmenttools, etc. on the basis of analyzing requirement and consulting the existing relativeinformation system. Furthermore, the property management informationalization systemof the army economically affordable housing is developed successfully. The thesismainly includes following content:1. The scope, content and feature of the army economically affordable housingproperty management informationalization system are analyzed; the relative keybusiness processes are studied such as basic data management, residents complainingmanagement, residents repairs management, public repairing project management, stockmanagement, human resource management, equipments and tools management, etc.,which is the base of the system function and information design.2. The function model is built and discussed deeply by IDEF0, which includesbasic data management subsystem, human resource management subsystem, stockmanagement subsystem, equipments and tools management subsystem, propertymanagement subsystem, information search&report subsystem and systemmanagement.3. To realize the designed business management informationalization, theinformation model is built systematically by IDEF1X, and the information entities aredescribed in detail.4. To develop the property management informationalization system of the armyeconomically affordable housing, its relative serials of key technologies are researcheddeeply, which includes software architecture, development tools, development strategy, security architecture, data storage method, application system layout, etc.5. The property management informationalization system of the armyeconomically affordable housing is developed successfully, using SQL Server as DBMSand Delphi as development tool, which bases Client/Server structure.Currently, this property management informationalization system of the armyeconomically affordable housing has been put into use successfully. The research resultsin this thesis are useful and has something referential value for reasonable design ofanalogous informationalization system.
