The Design And Implement Of It Asset Management System Of Drug Addication Treatment In Zhongshan

IT Asset Management plays an important role in business investment. IT assetmanagement can integrate information of information technology assets includingequipments and data, which makes the companies provide better informationtechnology service. Developing IT asset management programs improves procurement,optimize costs and establish IT credibility throughout the enterprise.Drug addiction treatment has to use more IT equipments with the improving ofinformatization level. On the same time, there are many difficulties in dealing withtheses things due to manual operations, such as, applying for new IT assets, dealingwith scrapped assets, IT assets transfer and so on. So, developing IT managementsystem is significant for automation management.The IT Asset Management System is a very important part of the data andinformation system of the Drug Addiction Treatment Centre. Firstly, system requirementis analysis. Secondly, the overall framework is designed. Thirdly, the components anddata base is designed. Finally, the components are integrated and the entire system isfinished. The entire system uses the C/S mode architecture. In order to reduce thesystem cost, the server part of the system is based on open source operating system,database and development tools. Fedora1664-bit release is selected as the open sourceoperating system with the Linux kernel. Open source MySql database and Pythonlanguage are also used in developing the system. The interface design is using GTK inserver. The client of the system is developed in C SHARP programming language usingthe Microsoft Windows Visual Studio2010platform.After careful analysis and design, the information system achieves the desiredeffect, and its functions can meet the actual business demand of drug addictiontreatment of Zhongshan.
