Design And Implementation Of Integrated Business Management System For The Xinjiang Rehabilitation Bureau For Drug Addicts

First, Administrators need to record, copy a large number of duplication redundancy published data. Second, the data must classified statistics and filled frequently. These daily complex works occupy a lot of work hours of police officers. The current management model is base on the traditional management model, it lack the matching business management system, which makes the daily work lower efficiency and complex. With the computer information technology are applied in various fields and achieved an excellent expected results, it is imminent to adapt the trend of information technology and build a management system to meet the needs of the new era detention drug management requirement.Based on the above background analysis, this dissertation analyzed, designed and implemented the management system of rehabilitation bureau for drug addicts. This system is divided into seven modules:systems management, register management, treatment management, education management, life and health management, drug administration and police administration. On the basis of the original software system and the analysis of the current statue of the rehabilitation bureau, the dissertation discuses system requirements analysis in detail, including the functional modules of the system; meanwhile it analyzed and designed the architecture, data base, network architecture and information security of system; besides, the test result suggested that this system is stable and the function achieve the expected goal. At last, this dissertation came up with the prospect to the functional expand of the project and the national promotion.Rehabilitation bureau for drug addicts management system using advanced computer technology to replace the traditional manual management technology. Through the information management of the police files and educational information management, Rehabilitation bureau built information management architecture on treatment means for students within the reeducation-through-labor. This system greatly increases the level of management. Therefore, it improved the management efficiency of the Xinjiang rehabilitation bureau for drug addicts. Prompt the rehabilitation work tends to be standardization, informationization and networking. It greatly improves the technological content of rehabilitation work and work efficiency. In the end, this system changes the manner of management working to reeducation-through-labor from hand-made to the computer network management mode. It is a historic breakthrough. Meanwhile, the unfired view of the data layer the foundation for the statistical analysis of treatment effect on Drug Addicts.
