With the rapid development of electronic technology, enterprise informationprocess moves forward, using computer technology to improve the efficiency ofbusiness management has become the trend. Enterprise Performance Management aspart of the corporate human resource management, in recent years more and moreimportance in enterprises. Establish a performance management system can improveemployee productivity, improve output, reduce management costs, and improve the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. Power industry as a special industry with a monopoly,making it easier to enterprise employees work neglect. Therefore, an urgent need toestablish a performance management system for employee performance appraisalmanagement.Performance management is that managers and employees at all levels set in orderto achieve organizational goals to participate in the performance plan, performancecounseling communication, performance appraisal, the application of performanceresults, performance goal to enhance the continuous cycle. The purpose of performancemanagement is continuing to enhance the performance of individuals, departments andorganizations.Performance appraisal methods, such as360°evaluation method, thekey performance targets and balanced scorecard notation and so on.This paper analyzes and design of the Sichuan Electric Power transmission PowerConstruction Company performance management assessment indicators. A detailedanalysis of the performance management system design and development process of theElectric Power transmission Power Construction Company. Compliance with softwareengineering processes in the process of developing the system, system analysis, designand complete the implementation. First, a detailed analysis of the needs of the system,including functional and sub-functional. Then demand for input on the various parts ofthe system design, and realization.
