Design And Implementation Of Report-Spare System For Exit & Entry Adminisration Ministry Of Public Security

Since China's reform and opening up,with the continuous development of economy in our country,the entry and exit management work and being geared to the needs of people gradually,to ensure the good order of entry and exit,improve the service level of the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ,from management to ensure that the entry and exit from the service form to service content could be at a higher level,has become the people need to solve the problem.This article through the analysis and the research status of entry and exit management at home and abroad,the ministry of public security is reported to the entry and exit management system was designed and implemented.The system hierarchy is clear,is divided into four layers from top to bottom,respectively is the user layer,application layer,data layer and base layer.User interface layer,application layer and data layer three layers.In user layer,the user of the system through the browser to log in to the system of the system and verifies the permissions,and reported to the file on the system of printing and exporting,etc.The application layer,is responsible for the preliminary entry management module of system,the audit management module,are not allowed to exit control module,the authority management module and business support the realization of the management module and so on five big function module.In the system of data layer,not only use this system needed no exit personnel information database,also need the population resources information database and the ministry of public security of exit and entry information.System is needed to run the operating system,database,network equipment,such as all hardware and software resources in the base layer,base layer to ensure the normal operation of the system.This article USES the Java language,Jsp technology,J2EE framework technology development,using Microsoft's MS SQL database.Through continuous social investigation and related data analysis,is reported to the exit and entry administration of public security system can be divided into preliminary input management module,management module,are not allowed to exit control module,the authority management module and business support management module five big function module.Among them,the advance entry management module is divided into not to leave the country personnel registration module,not to leave the country personnel registration correction module,are not allowed to exit staff query module and the repeatability of register check modules;Audit management is divided into preliminary examination module,check module and audit opinion management module,report and audit opinion management can be divided into turn report for the record,cancellation and correction;Not to leave the country personnel control module is divided into not to leave the country personnel management module,are not allowed to exit due warning module and report to the ministry of public security error data sub module;Institutions management is divided into basic input unit management module,county entry and exit management module and city travel unit management modules;Business support is reported to the management module is divided into play book marks module,charge management module,file management module and document management module,and document management can be divided into back to seize,loss reporting and scrap processing.
