Design And Implementation Of Information System For Exit-entry Administration Of Fuqing Public Security Bureau

Recently, with the strengthen of the external economic exchange for Chinese enterprises and peoples, there are many changes in the aspects of administration and operation model in exit-entry administration. More and more business lines have been undertaked by the county PSB, and the crossover of businesses in different levels has been closed. Therefore, how to redesign and remould the information system for exit-entry administration becomes a research emphasis for Fuqing PSB with the purpose to improve the quality and efficiency of daily work.This thesis is based on the actual situation in Fuqing city. The exit-entry administration and pattern of the whole city is analysed in detail. Adopting the Object-Oriented method, MVC design pattern and the J2 EE framework technology SSH, the information system for exit-entry administration of Fuqing PSB is designed and implemented to administrate all businesses conveniently. The main content of this thesis is as follows:(1) According the practical situation of the exit-entry administration of Fuqing PSB, the system requirements are analysed from the functional and non-functional requirements. The development process follows the software engineering process.(2) The overall architecture of the system is designed basing on MVC design pattern. The modules in management of citizens, foreigners, foreign enterprises, controlled members and Hong Kong and Macao businesses are implemented. The procedures and functions of modules are elaborated and the databases are designed.(3) The J2 EE framework and SSH technology are adopted so that the module functions can be achieved and the operation flows can be electronized. Then some modules of the system are implemented specifically and key technical issues are solved in the process of development.(4) The information system of exit-entry administration has been test in order to verify whether the expected goal of this system has been achieved. At last, system bugs have been investigated.The system has been put into use in Fuqing PSB. The basic functions expected have been realized and business efficiency has been improved. The system function will continue to extended based on user’s feedback in the future.
