The XTEP PLM System Design And Implementation

With the deepening of enterprise information construction, a new concept, PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is gradually becoming a new hot spot in themanufacturing sector.First reviewing the definition of PLM，then this paper developed a clothing tradewhich has started on the clothing of PLM system, within the PLM implementation ofthe reasons, the current status of implementation, system architecture, keytechnologies, function of the system and the system which can provide a specific value.Besides, the thesis also discusses report development of PLM based on sql2005database. The function of report includes Inquiry，progress and statistics. The majoraspects of report development are how to get valid data from the database and choosethe parameter of report development.Up to the consummation of the paper,70%of the PLM system has worked. It cutsdown research cycle efficiently, improves production efficiency, increases themanagement of data and implements specification of the process. In addition, throughthe development of class analysis reports, it helps business leaders a clear analysis ofthe status quo and to improve and enhance.
