With China’s sustained and rapid development and population growth, survivabilityenvironmental degradation is an indisputable fact. With the adjustment of nationalpolicies and management system, improvement of environmental awareness,environmental protection work has been more attention. Use of information technologyto enhance the sources of pollution regulation, is an important means to improve thelevel of environmental protection. But China has put environmental protection on-linemonitoring system in the long-term use, there is stability, scalability, fast accesscapability and poor areas, an urgent need for further improvement.Paper, the above problems, a new32-bit embedded systems as a platform forembedded Linux-based environment, the use of domain-specific softwarearchitecture-based software design methods, development of environmentally friendlyon-line monitoring applications, and explore a low-cost,good performance, scalability,environmentally friendly on-line automatic monitoring system.The system design process, this paper starting from the demand for environmentalonline monitoring system, embedded monitoring points system hardware and softwarestructure of embedded Linux support for the monitoring system in the environmentalline.Conducted in-depth exploration and study the key technologies needed for thisproject, these technologies include: embedded component technology, embeddeddatabase technology. Then use these techniques to study the environmental onlinemonitoring system composed of modules, including: sampling module, the dataprocessing module, remote communication service module, the embedded Web serverapplication module.Finally, the subject, for example, the instance of the embedded Linux system,Yankuang Guohong actual deployment, application, verify the feasibility andpracticality of the system.
