| Bio-Analyzer(Biochemistry analyzer) is a typical biologic medical instrument involved light, machenic, electronic and computer technology. It applied mainly in measuring biochemic parameters of human being. Within the fast development of science and technology, researching a Bio-Analyzer with attribution of fast measurement, simple manipulation and easy portability is on the way. Especially with the fast development of computer and embedded technology, opportunity is offered for intelligence and portability of Bio-Analyzer.According to requestion of nation defense project XXX, this paper studied the micro Bio-Analyzer of Micro System Center(MSC), Chongqing University, and carried out the blueprint of an embedded micro Bio-Analyzer system based on S3C2410A CPU; With Linux-2.6 kernel, build the embedded software platform; designed the data acquire driver and UART driver for controlling; designed and ported LCD driver and touchscreen driver; developed the application software system within Qt/Embedded environment and knowledge of OOP; finished the debug process and test process and maked out a practial software system in the end.
