As we all know,the world is facing serious environmental pollution problems.The effective protection of the environment and the proper management of pollution are imminent.In 40 years of reform and opening up,China's lack of safety consciousness of environmental protection and had no perfect laws and regulations to restrict industrial production and protect natural ecosystems.The environmental pollution in China is very bad today.For example,the haze problem in Beijing,the capital of the capital,has seriously affected people's daily travel and physical and mental health.In January 1,2018,the environmental protection tax law of the people's Republic of China has been officially christened.Obviously,the regulation and control of the environment is the focus of the Chinese government's work.The real-time monitoring of the environment is an effective measure for environmental protection.Environmental monitoring can effectively restrict the uncivilized production behavior of enterprises,and a large amount of data collected by environmental monitoring can provide data resources for environmental governance.In this paper,an environment monitoring embedded system based on Cortex-A8 is designed.The system is divided into three sub modules,respectively,the data acquisition module,data processing module and data communication module.In the data acquisition module,temperature and humidity sensor and dust concentration sensor collect the temperature and humidity and PM2.5 information from the current environment,the video is captured by camera.The data processing module mainly completes the processing and storage of the environment parameter data and the coding and encapsulation of the video image.The data communication module embed Boa server and use B/S model,the relevant data will be Real-time displayed in browsers in the form of web pages,at the same time,we complete the function of the upload based on TCP/IP protocol programming.The hardware part of this system selects the S5PV210 produced by Samsung Corp as the main chip of the system,selects the DHT22 sensor to collect the data of temperature and humidity parameters in the environment,and selects the GP2Y1051 sensor to accomplish the PM2.5 parameter collection function.At the same time,the Logitech-C270 auto focus HD USB camera module is used to complete the video and image acquisition.Ethernet module DM9000 is used for data transmission.In the software part of the system,the embedded Linux operation system is the software platform,and the small embedded Boa server and the small SQLite database are transplanted.The system realizes sensor data acquisition function and trigger camera operation through multithreading.The environment parameter data is stored in SQLite database,and video files store local hard disk.Finally,the performance of the system is tested.The system can record all the parameters in the current environment timely and accurately,and has the advantages of low cost,full function,low power consumption and simple operation,which is in line with the expected design function.
