With computer technology and microelectronics technology developing rapidly, that makes rapid development of embedded systems. Embedded systems are widely used. In the industrial control areas, configuration software has become the mainstream software development model of the industrial application after years of development. The vigorous development of them in the field of industrial control will result them combined embedded software configuration. For the rapid development of embedded systems'GUI, this paper will deal with this development direction of embedded Configuration software for in-depth study.Embedded software configuration currently is the majority of transplant PC platform version, which is based on WinCE platform. There is the real-time performance, resource consuming, expensive problems. Based Embedded Configuration software development trends, this paper implemented a design which is based on the Linux platform with strong real-time, open and meet the needs of embedded systems'HMI.After that, this paper described the subsequent configuration software design and technical features of the current configuration software technology contrast, and chooses a system support environment. Based on these, the article focused on the embedded configuration software functions, structure, embedded software and configuration which are different from the general configuration software features. Based on the above analysis, it gave embedded graphics configuration software ideas and design of embedded graphics software configuration of the overall framework. Elaborate embedded graphics configuration software configuration of the structure and working principle. And it achieved a configuration environment mapping, translation, document storage project management, data connectivity. The modules of embedded graphics configuration software the operating environment were analyzed. Achieved a graphical user interface module, warning hardware module, communications module, multi-process system design. Graphical user interface module achieved a simple map and complex dynamic patterns, which embedded GUI system on demand. Alarm and hardware module achieved the control of a digital pipe. Communication module used the signal/slot mechanism of QT/E and Linux pipeline technology to achieve data transfer. For the features of embedded platform, the limited memory design model was used for ARM platform optimized.At last, the real-time, the stability and system resource consumption test was tested on the ARM platform and the PC platform, and test data were analyzed.
