Design And Implement For The Missing Call Notice Servie System In Sichuan Mobile

With technology development and economic globalization, people are more andmore focus on their communication. On the other hand, mobile operators are evolvingfrom a mobile communication expert to mobile information expert. In daily life, whenthe mobile users are called, they cannot be touched if the phone is off or it is located inthe area with no network coverage. These cases will leed to the call failure and loss ofmuch important information. The missing call notice servie proposed in this thesis isone of the mobile value-added services, which is used to obtain the lossing callinformation in real-time when called users are not located in the serving area or thephone is off. Missing call notice service system connects the incoming call to its systemwhen the called users cannot be connected. Moreover, it also can notice the called usersthe incoming call information based on calling users’ identity and choice when they canbe touched, and notice the calling users that the called users can be connected. Thissystem improves the success rate of network connection as well as it guarantee that thecalled users incoming call information cannot be lost that gives the user a betterexperience.The thesis firstly introduce the current status of mobile value-added services,missing call notice service and the key technologies of implement of missing call noticeservice system. Based on this realated work, the thesis analyzes the requerment anddesigns the overall project of missing call notice service for Sichuan Mobile Company.Then, the system architecture, the database design, detailed design, key data strction andsome service flows are proposed. Finally, according to the requirement analysis andsoftware testing theory, the sub modules are tested and joint debuged, as well as thefuncational correction is verifiled.
