With the continuous development of computer and network technology, along withthe improvement of network penetration, the computer and network technology have anincreasingly large impact to human. From work to the means of communication, fromthe transfer of the information to the data storage, computer and network technology ischanging every aspect of human life. Oilfield drilling operations management system isin tune with the trend of the oil fields of information technology construction, fullyoperational in the means of information on drilling data collected and entered into thedatabase, achieve the target of computer processing and analysis of data, strengthen theoilfield enterprise information level, improve the oilfield management level andefficiency, and further improve the competitiveness of the oilfield enterprises. This thesis describes the background and significance of the research projects, analysis of the current construction of the status quo of Chinese oil field information. The paper describes the development of the management system of the drilling of twokey technologies: ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology. On the basis ofdetailed analysis of the system, this thesis determines the architecture of the system, designs the functional modules of the system, designs system E-R diagram and Systemdatabase. In the system implementation section gives several key features of the systemto achieve interface, gives concrete implementation code. The system test section useapplication test cases test the functionality of the system. The test results show that thesystem basically realization the expected functionality. Finally, we do a summary of thiswork, and an outlook for the next step in the management of drilling work.
